Feeding Unit Feature

1. Operate the machine through the buttons and the touching screen on the panel, easy to control.

2. Computer Count and show the feeding amount and the production quantity.

3. Motor control of the position of the sideboard, and the backboard. The scale and touch screen show the displacement distance.

4. Manual adjustment of the clearance for the two front boards.

5. Vocuum dust-removal facility and the brush remove the dust and soft flocks on the board.

6. High pressure fan of 7.5kw,auxiliary suction feeding, blaste volumn is

adjustable according to the degree of crook of the paperboard to guarantee smooth feeding

7. Auto-feeder

Kick-feeder: Vacuum and back kick feeding with multiple rolling wheels to ensure smooth running.

Lead-edge feeder: lead-edge feeder, frequency converter adjust the blast volumn to ensure smooth feeding of the thinner board and crook Cardboard

8. Connect collars with no bonds and used for the machine avoid the chromatography error caused by clearance. Crosshead slipper is used for the transmission of the rolls to ensure steady movement of the gears and the accurate printing position.
