1.       Face paper uses suction feeder, more accurate, more stable to deliver face paper to the location, improve work efficiency.

2.       Bottom paper adopts servo system, the machine sends corrugated board more stable, improve the speed.

3.       Adopt the new elasticity front gauge positioning, the accuracy is high. The bottom paper will never be advanced.

4.       The machine adopt PLC control system, circuit system running smoothly.

5.       Automatic glue supplementary system, automatically added the glue and the recycling system of the glue avoid the waste of consumption.

Top feeding unit 

Put the paperboard on the flat plate, this unit automatically up to the designated location, 

feeder deliver the paperboard by vacuum absorption.

Bottom feeding unit 

This unit adopted the  unique electrical transmission structure, ensure the high speed of sheet

conveying and accuracy and not deflect. The transmitting belt has strong adaptability of the 

Alice of corrugated paper.

Transmission unit 

It can achieve the location and correction of the cartons at the high speed of transmitting.

Locating unit

Make track for the fixed position, and it can solve the problem of deformation caused by the

impact of GPS positioning, making the speed much more rapidly.

Adjustment unit

The glue-wheel made of stainless steel and anilox roller glues, it can reduce the quantity of the 

glue and improve the intensity of the cartons. Deft design keep the carton perfect.
